Honestly, he always struck me exactly the same way. Perhaps a gentleman who was a bit too good for any of the work he appeared in.I would have gladly had drinks with the man.
I've been using Google Reader to read LoM, and I notice the line, "thank you for enjoying League of Melbotis" at the end of every post. What's up with that?
I swear to god I almost made that same post with a similar picture, and that same headline. But somehow I knew a thousand trekkies would here of the man's death and immediately raise the call...
I think I put some tag in my RSS that spits out the thank you something like a year ago.Also, its a friendly place. Identify yourself in the comments section, even if you're a longtime reader. It just makes things easier.
I think Montalban would have been a great guy to not just have drinks with -- but maybe a great dinner at a steakhouse.
Agreed. And I would have ordered whatever he suggested.
